How you agree to texts
Effective October 5, 2026
Hendrix Ventures Group LLC texts homeowners only about selling their own property, and only after they agree. We send no marketing or promotional texts, and we never text numbers from purchased lists. There are three ways to agree — here is each one, word for word.
1. On our website
Our offer form at hendrixventures.com/get-offer has two steps. Step 1 asks only for the property address. Step 2 asks for your name and mobile number (email and timeline are optional) and shows the text-message box, just above the submit button:
The box reads:
I agree to receive text messages from Hendrix Ventures Group LLC about selling my property, at the number provided. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not required to get an offer.
The box is optional and unchecked until you check it. You don't need to check it to submit the form or to get an offer — leave it unchecked and we'll reach you by phone or email instead. When you submit, we record the date and time, the exact wording shown, and whether you checked the box.
2. On a phone call
Near the end of a call about your property, before we send any text, we say this:
Okay, and is this the best number to call back or text? [Yes] Great — Any text or updates we have will come from Hendrix Ventures Group, msg frequency varies, rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at anytime. Okay, so we'll get this offer over to you as soon as we can. Thank you.
We text you only after a clear yes to that. Our system records the date and time, the number, and that consent was given. If you say no, or it never comes up, we don't text — and you still get your offer.
Right after your yes, the first text you get confirms it:
Hendrix Ventures Group: Thanks for agreeing on our call to get texts about selling your property. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
3. If you text us first
If you text (678) 710-5786, the first reply you get is:
Hendrix Ventures Group: Thanks for reaching out! You'll get texts about selling your property. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
After that, we text you only about your property.
Stopping texts, or getting help
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out. We stop texting that number, and you may get one final message confirming it.
- Reply HELP for help, or call (678) 710-5786 or email hasani@hendrixventures.com.
