The program
Hendrix Ventures Group LLC sends text messages and makes calls about property offers and transactions. There are two kinds, and you choose each separately on our forms — neither is ever required to receive an offer:
- About your request: replies, scheduling, your offer, and transaction updates for the property you asked about.
- Optional marketing: occasional messages about buying or selling property, only if you checked that optional box. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of receiving an offer or of any purchase.
The fine print that matters
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts — we treat STOP as a full opt-out across our messaging and honor it promptly. You may receive one final message confirming the opt-out.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us below.
- You can also opt out or change preferences any time by emailing hasani@hendrixventures.com or calling (678) 710-5786.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
