Hendrix Ventures Group is a small Atlanta real estate investment company — deliberately small. I've been buying Georgia houses since 2020, and every documented purchase is on this site with photos and dates. When you call, you talk to me.
How I work
Most people who call me aren't having their best month. An inherited house three states away, a rental that's become a burden, repairs that stopped being worth it, a timeline that won't wait for a traditional listing. My job is to give you one honest option: a real written offer, explained plainly, that closes when you need it to.
Sometimes that offer is the right answer, and we close — a Georgia closing attorney supervises everything and your money never passes through my hands. Sometimes it isn't the right answer, and I'll tell you that too. Mike, one of the sellers on our reviews page, put it better than I could: "Everything that you said has been a hundred percent truthful. You tell me we're gonna close on this day — we're here that day."
What we don't do
- We don't list houses — we're not agents and don't pretend to be.
- We never charge you anything. Not a fee, not a commission, ever.
- We don't renegotiate at the closing table.
- We don't pressure. The offer is free, in writing, and no is a complete answer.
- We don't claim to be a giant company. Small is why you get the owner on the phone.
