Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Hendrix Ventures Group LLC ("we," "us") handles your information on hendrixventures.com. The short version: we collect what you give us to respond to your request, we protect it, we don't sell it, and we don't run third-party ad trackers.
What we collect
- What you submit: when you request an offer we collect the property address and, if you continue, your name, phone number, and optionally your email and selling timeline. Investor signups collect name, phone, and email.
- Consent records: when you submit a form we record the date and time, your IP address, your browser type, the exact consent language shown to you, and which consent boxes you did or didn't check. We keep these records to honor — and prove we honor — your communication choices.
- Basic site analytics: we record page views and clicks (such as taps on our phone number) using our own first-party system. It uses no cookies, no fingerprinting, and no third-party analytics or advertising services. IP addresses in these records are used for spam prevention.
How we use it
To respond to your request, evaluate the property, communicate with you about your transaction, honor your communication preferences, and understand how the site is used. That's it. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.
What we never do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- No mobile telephone numbers or SMS consent information are shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- We do not run advertising pixels or cross-site trackers.
Who processes it for us
Like nearly every website, we rely on service providers that process data on our behalf, under their own security programs: our website host (Netlify, which also stores form submission copies), our database provider (Supabase, where submissions and consent records are stored), our video hosting provider (Mux, which serves the testimonial videos), and our text-messaging provider. Service providers may process your information only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
Lead and transaction records are retained for our business records; consent and opt-out records are retained for at least five years, as telemarketing rules expect. Analytics events contain no name or contact information.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text from us to stop texts — effective across our messaging. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. See our SMS & Communications Terms.
- Email hasani@hendrixventures.com to ask what we have about you, to correct it, or to request deletion (we may retain what the law requires us to keep, such as opt-out records).
Children
This site is for adults dealing in real estate; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
